As the first snow fall came and went, Dorso & Son picked up right where we left off from last winter. By adding an additional truck to the fleet, we are ready for another grueling Maine winter. Winter Storm Goliath may not have been the biggest storm we’ve had, but it sure was a long storm for the Dorso & Son crew. Dropping a quick 3-4 inches of snow, followed by freezing rain, which made it a tough long 2 ½ days of work. As always the Dorso & Son crew was up for the challenge and handled Winter Storm Goliath with ease.
With the new shop, Dorso & Son is more prepared than ever. We are now able to keep our fleet of trucks along with salted sand under one roof; making it easier for the crew to get the job done, and get it done with efficiency. As the colder weather has now reached us; the shop also allows the crew to fix anything on the plows or trucks, in a timely manner, so that we are always ready for the next storm!
The next week is going to be quiet, with no snow in the forecast; but that doesn’t mean it’s quitting time, we will be spending time gearing up for the next storm that heads our way. Checkout our latest photos and video!
